Allinya connects Guests and Practitioners for live healing and guidance sessions. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about data collection and usage.

• Session Data: Session recordings metadata, duration, participants
• Payment Details: Processed via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
• Device Analytics: Device type, OS version, app usage patterns
• Communication Logs: Messages, reviews, and session chat history

How We Use Your Data

• Account Management: Create and maintain user profiles
• Payments: Process session payments via Stripe Connect
• Safety Audits: Monitor for abuse and ensure platform safety
• Reminders: Send SMS notifications via Twilio for upcoming sessions
• Analytics: Improve platform performance and user experience via Supabase
• Fraud Prevention: Detect and prevent fraudulent activities

Storage & Security

Your data is hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL database with encryption at rest and in transit). Payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections, secure authentication, and role-based access controls.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain data for the minimum legal retention period. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting us at Mathieu.sun.official@gmail.com. Upon deletion request, we will permanently remove your account and associated data within 30 days, except where required by law for financial records.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data only with essential service providers under Data Processing Agreements (DPA):

• Stripe: Payment processing and practitioner payouts
• Twilio: SMS notifications and reminders
• Agora: Real-time video conferencing infrastructure
• Supabase: Database hosting and authentication

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.
