- Payment Details: Processed via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
- Device Analytics: Device type, OS version, app usage patterns

How We Use Your Data

Storage & Security
Your data is hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL with encryption). Payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections and secure authentication.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain data for the minimum legal period. You may request deletion at Mathieu.sun.official@gmail.com. Upon request, we will permanently remove your account within 30 days.
Third-Party Data Sharing
We share data only with essential service providers: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Agora (video), Supabase (database). We do not sell your data to advertisers.

- Platform Purpose: Allinya provides a digital platform connecting Guests and Practitioners for wellness and healing sessions.
- Age Requirement: Users must be 18 years of age or older.
- Practitioner Responsibilities: Practitioners must comply with local laws and complete Stripe Connect onboarding for payouts.
- Guest Responsibilities: Guests book and pay exclusively through Allinya.
- Payment Terms: Payments processed by Stripe. Allinya retains a service fee. Taxes calculated via Stripe Tax.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Follow practitioner policies. Stripe fees are non-refundable.
- Conduct Policy: Respectful conduct required. Harassment results in permanent termination.
- Intellectual Property: Allinya branding and technology are protected by copyright.
- Limitation of Liability: Services provided "as is" without warranties.
- Account Termination: Allinya may terminate accounts for violations without notice.
- Updates: Terms may be updated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
