Terms of Service – Allinya

1. Platform Purpose: Allinya provides a digital platform connecting Guests and Practitioners for wellness and healing sessions.
2. Age Requirement: Users must be 18 years of age or older to use Allinya.
3. Practitioner Responsibilities: Practitioners must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. Practitioners must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts.
4. Guest Responsibilities: Guests book and pay for sessions exclusively through the Allinya platform.
5. Payment Terms: All payments are processed by Stripe. Allinya may retain a service fee per transaction. Taxes are automatically calculated via Stripe Tax where applicable.
6. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations and refunds follow individual practitioner policies. Stripe processing fees are non-refundable.
7. Conduct Policy: All users must maintain respectful conduct. Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will result in permanent account termination.
8. Intellectual Property: All Allinya branding, logos, and platform technology belong to Allinya Inc. and are protected by copyright.
9. Limitation of Liability: Allinya is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for session outcomes, technical issues, or disputes between users.
10. Account Termination: Allinya reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms without prior notice.
11. Updates to Terms: These terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be posted at allinya.app/legal/terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
