1. Platform Purpose: Allinya provides a digital platform connecting Guests and Practitioners for wellness and healing sessions.
2. Age Requirement: Users must be 18 years of age or older.
3. Practitioner Responsibilities: Practitioners must comply with local laws and complete Stripe Connect onboarding for payouts.
4. Guest Responsibilities: Guests book and pay exclusively through Allinya.
5. Payment Terms: Payments processed by Stripe. Allinya retains a service fee. Taxes may be calculated via Stripe Tax.
6. Cancellations & Refunds: Follow practitioner policies. Stripe fees are non-refundable.
7. Conduct Policy: Respectful conduct required. Harassment results in permanent termination.
8. Intellectual Property: Allinya branding and technology are protected by copyright.
9. Limitation of Liability: Services provided "as is" without warranties.
10. Account Termination: Allinya may terminate accounts for violations without notice.
11. Updates: Terms may be updated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
